<h2>Step 1</h2>
<p>Place 4 base jacks on the ground with a certain distance. Base jacks should be extended no more than 600mm.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame1.png"><img class="wp-image-5127 aligncenter" src="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame1.png" alt="h-frame" width="545" height="452" srcset="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame1-300x249.png 300w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame1.png 459w" sizes="(max-width: 545px) 100vw, 545px" /></a></p>
<h2>Step 2</h2>
<p>Fit the Frames on the jacks, level the frames &amp; connect the braces. Lock all the safety pins after connecting the braces.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame2.png"><img class="size-full wp-image-5128 aligncenter" src="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame2.png" alt="h-frame" width="391" height="435" srcset="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame2-270x300.png 270w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/h-frame2.png 391w" sizes="(max-width: 391px) 100vw, 391px" /></a></p>
<h2>Step 3</h2>

<h2>Step 4</h2>
<p>Place beam in the U-head such that load is balanced over frame leg. Lap beams in U-head or turns U-head to ensure single beam is centrally located.</p>
<p>Do not apply eccentric loading on the U-head. Do not offset the beam. Prior to concrete pour-An engineer must check that formwork and concrete loads will not exceed H-frame capacity (WLL), and visually inspect and sign off on the correct erection of H-frame and formwork. When adjusting the height of the U-head, only hit the handle, do not hit on the collar nut.</p>
<p>Nut adjustment must be less than 600mm.</p>

<p>Our <a href="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/product-category/aluminium-scaffold-2/">mobile scaffolds</a> are easy to install and dismantle.  Simply follow the steps below and you will have your mobile scaffold tower installed in 10 &#8211; 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Step1. Fit the caster wheels to the ladder frame. Ensure that the caster brake is on before building up the mobile scaffold. Fasten the wheels with the pin.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11.png"><img class=" wp-image-4925" src="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11.png" alt="aluminium mobile scaffold tower" width="289" height="230" srcset="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11-147x118.png 147w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11-177x142.png 177w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11-300x239.png 300w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11-500x398.png 500w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/11.png 707w" sizes="(max-width: 289px) 100vw, 289px" /></a></p>
<p>Step2: Attach the bottom brace with black hook across sides.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/12.png"><img class="alignnone wp-image-4926" src="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/12.png" alt="aluminium mobile scaffold tower" width="344" height="241" srcset="https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/12-300x210.png 300w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/12-500x350.png 500w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/12-768x537.png 768w, https://www.victoriascaffolding.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/12.png 796w" sizes="(max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px" /></a></p>
